The Labour Inner Line Permit (ILP) is intended for labourers employed by registered Firms, Agencies, Contractors, or Individuals undertaking work within the State of Manipur.

Every application must be submitted by a registered Firm / Agency / Individual engaging labour force. During registration, an Agency ID is issued, which is required for processing Labour Inner Line Permit applications.

Labourers should submit their personal details and supporting documents to the registered Firm, Agency, Contractor, or Individual engaging them. The registered agency will complete the online application and issue the permit.

Before You Apply

Only registered Firms, Agencies, Contractors, or Individuals can submit Labour ILP applications.
An Agency ID is generated after successful registration and is mandatory for all applications.
Labourers cannot submit applications directly through the portal.
Ensure all required identity and supporting documents are available before submission.
