The Annual Working Inner Line Permit (ILP) is intended for regular employees of registered private sector companies, firms, and institutions working in Manipur.

Applications must be sponsored by the Managing Director, Proprietor, or another authorized representative of the registered company, firm, or institution.

The permit is valid for a maximum of 360 days or the approved period of employment, whichever is earlier. The permit is not extendable. A fresh application may be submitted after the expiry of the current permit with a minimum one-day gap between permits.

Before You Apply

A valid Sponsor ID is required before applying.
Applicants must be regular employees of registered private companies, firms, or institutions.

The Annual Working Permit is not extendable.
