Applying Special Category Inner Line Permit

Planning to establish a business in Manipur

People like govt. contractors, investors, traders with business establishments in the state may apply Special Category Inner Line Permit which is valid for 3 years and further renewal if required.

For applying a special category permit, same as regular permit, a sponsor is required who is a permanent resident of Manipur. An ID No will be provided to the sponsor at the time of registration as sponsor in Manipur ILP Portal and this ID No will be required for applying the Special Category Inner Line Permit.
